Hi, I’m Bea, from French Polynesia (Tahiti) and founder of Tahiti Dance Fitness.

For 18 years, I’ve taught Tahitian dance to women of all ages because I believe dance is for everyone—no matter your age, body, or experience.

Growing up in Tahiti, I faced challenges—an alcoholic father, and years of bullying.

Reconnecting with Tahitian Dance became my way to heal, rebuild confidence, and love myself.

Now, my mission is simple: to help women worldwide do the same—stay active, build confidence, and rediscover the joy of being in your own skin. With love, Bea
